I, ___________________ agree to the following terms and conditions set out in the Boogie Bus Policy. Two week (14 day) cancellation policy . Boogie Bus will not be responsible for lost or stolen articles during the tour or articles left after the tour. Any damage to the interior or exterior of equipment or venue that is caused by an individual participating in the tour is the responsibility of said individual, and said individual is liable for the cost to repair any such damage as well as any cost for loss of the carriers’ service due to such damage. The driver and/or tour director reserves the right to eject any person or persons whom they deem to be disruptive, intoxicated, to pose a safety threat to themselves or to others, or deemed to be using an illicit substance, including but not limited to cigarettes. I understand that no alcoholic beverages are permitted on the bus. The act of signing up for this event makes the individual solely responsible for his/her safety while on the tour, at the completion of the tour and at all venues throughout the tour. By signing up for and participating in this event the individual agrees that he/she, if intoxicated, will not operate a motorized vehicle after leaving the tour. By signing up for and participating in, this event, the individual agrees that Boogie Bus and its employees are not responsible for any claims for injuries, loss, damage, death, liability, criminal or civil litigation for the undersigned individual arising out of or relating to a tour.    

I agree that no refund of deposit will be issued for individuals or groups that cancel or decrease number of guests after the two week period has passed and that the balance owing to Boogie Bus will be based on the number of people confirmed at time of two week cut off point. Cancellations or decline in group number will be submitted in writing. I also agree that any decline in numbers or cancellation will be submitted in writing to Boogie Bus prior to the 2 week cancellation cut off.
