Two week (14 day) cancellation policy. Boogie Bus will not be responsible for lost or stolen articles during the tour or articles left after the tour. Any damage to the interior or exterior of equipment or venue that is caused by an individual participating in the tour is the responsibility of said individual, and said individual is liable for the cost to repair any such damage as well as any cost for loss of the carriers’ service due to such damage. The driver and/or tour director reserves the right to eject any person or persons whom they deem to be disruptive, intoxicated, to pose a safety threat to themselves or to others, or deemed to be using an illicit substance including but not limited to cigarettes. Boogie Bus does not permit alcoholic beverages on the bus. The act of signing up for this event makes the individual solely responsible for his/her safety while on the tour, at the completion of the tour and at all venues throughout the tour. By signing up for and participating in this event the individual agrees that he/she, if intoxicated, will not operate a motorized vehicle after leaving the tour. By signing up for and participating in, this event, the individual agrees that Boogie Bus and its employees are not responsible for any claims for injuries, loss, damage, death, liability, criminal or civil litigation for the undersigned individual arising out of or relating to a tour.
Some Other Points
- Most venues have a dress code in effect. Boogie Bus is not responsible for anyone that is turned away because they are not complying with the dress code. No running shoes, No beach sandals, No shorts, No hats or tank tops on men.
- Must be 19 years of age. Proper photo ID is required to be with you at all times. Venues reserve the right to check ID at any time. Boogie Bus is not responsible for anyone that is not admitted into a venue for lack of appropriate ID (photo health card will not be accepted as valid ID).
- Two week cancellation policy. No refund of deposit for individuals or groups that cancel after the two week period has passed.
- A bar can refuse admittance to anyone for reasons out of our control. A Boogie Bus staff member will be at the entrance of the venue until everyone is safely inside. If you are refused entrance a host will direct you to the next venue or arrange for safe transportation home.
- ID tags must be worn around your neck at all times.
- If you get separated from the group at any time during the night ask the doorman at the club and they will inform you of our next destination.
- Please respect your surroundings! Anyone caught vandalizing or defacing any part of the bus or venue(s) will be removed from the tour immediately.
- No smoking on the Boogie Bus.
- Boogie Bus and it's staff are not responsible for any lost or stolen articles during the tour.
- No alcoholic drinks permitted on the Boogie Bus.
- DO NOT DRINK AND DRIVE!!! The Boogie Bus staff will arrange for cabs to meet you at the pick up/drop off locations at the end of the night.
